Items purchased at Pic Yo Dollar can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, subject to our other listed return guidelines listed below.

• Some purchases may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

• Underwear and swimwear sale are FINAL.

• Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags.

• Any products that are resized, altered, or otherwise damaged after purchase, won't be accepted for return.

• Please make sure that items are unworn, unperfumed, unwashed for clothing catergory and undamaged for other product categories.

• When you return your item, use the packaging that your order arrived in or packaging with similar dimensions. Avoid using over-sized boxes or packaging. If the product required assembly, disassemble the item first.

• Once product(s) is returned and meet all requirements refund(s) will be issued.
